Just like traditional faxing but without the machine and the fax line. With Jibidee Fax you have your own dedicated fax number, local or toll-free. Received faxes arrive in your email as PDF and also in your Jibidee webtop account, accessible from any computer or your mobile device. For sending, fax any document that resides on your computer or fax a paper document with the help of a scanner.
Is Jibidee Fax less expensive than other online fax services?
Yes, the leading online fax provider plans are $10 to $20 per month. We believe this is too much to pay every month for occasional fax usage. Jibidee Fax plans start at $29/year (less than $3 per month!).
Can I transfer my existing fax number to Jibidee Fax?
Yes, most numbers can be transferred. We'll just need some information about your current carrier and about 9 business days to complete the transfer. There is no outage time on your fax number during the process. The one-time transfer fee is $15. Simply email us to start the process.
Are there any hidden or extra costs for a toll-free number?
No, toll-free fax numbers and local fax numbers are priced the same. Choose the number type that suits you best.

Can I fax outside of the U.S. and Canada?
Although you can receive international faxes on a local number (not available on toll-free numbers), sending a fax outside of the U.S. or Canada is not currently supported.

Am I charged for busy signals or unsuccessful connections?
No, if the receiving number does not answer, you are not charged.
Can I use my own logo on the fax cover page?
Yes, you can use a custom logo on the fax cover page instead of the default Jibidee Fax logo.
How will I know if my fax was sent successfully?
Shortly after sending a fax, you receive an email that indicates the success or failure of your fax. The email also indicates the number of pages used and pages remaining in your account. If unsuccessful, the email will indicate the reason - busy signal, no answer, etc.
What file types can I fax from my computer?
You can fax any scanned document and just about any document type on your computer - jpg, tif, gif, doc, docx, pdf, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, rtf, txt.
How do I cancel my account?
Cancellation is easy and you can do it yourself and without hassle. Unlike other services that make it hard to cancel, to cancel Jibidee Fax you simply login to your account and click cancel. Although your fax number will discontinue, any documents in your account will remain for 30 days free of charge. You have up to 30 days to bring your storage usage under the free limit or purchase a non-fax storage subscription.
